My goal for email marketing is to maintain loyalty and communication with our clients.

This is an effective way to promote sales and products. I will also use this marketing tool to educated clients on current trends that they will be able to find in store. 

  • Age: 40-70+

  • Life cycle stage: Established families and empty nester

  • Gender: Female 

  • Income: Income is disposable 

  • Religion: Catholic / Christian

  • Race: White

The biggest obstacle in email marketing for this target market, would be this age demographic does not check their email as frequently as younger age groups. This demographic is not consistently on their phone with need and satisfaction of getting any form of notification.

To overcome this, I make sure to have email subject lines that are motivating and intriguing content that is very intentional with wording and the overall layout.  

 As shown in the reporting above, I am consistently 10+% above industry average.
